EKIN’s Cultural Diversity Illuminates: Celebration of Diwali and Day of the Dead
At EKIN, our vision of technological leadership is built upon a foundation of global strength and respect for cultural diversity. At the end of the year, our international headquarters in EKIN India and EKIN Mexico have exemplified this spirit by sharing their most significant traditions, demonstrating that we are a single team, united by cooperation and human value.
The Light of Unity in EKIN India
Our EKIN India headquarters recently celebrated Diwali, the Festival of Lights. This festivity, which symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, becomes a reminder of the vision of prosperity and new beginnings that guides our annual work.
The team in India unites in an atmosphere of joy to recognize the collective effort and the connection that keeps our global manufacturing network active. Participation in these traditions underscores that EKIN’s commitment lies in its human capital, a value shared by all plants.
Honoring Memory and Cooperation in EKIN Mexico
In parallel, the EKIN Mexico team commemorated the Day of the Dead, a pre-Hispanic tradition recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. This festivity, which celebrates the transitory return of loved ones, is transformed into a powerful symbol of memory and cooperation for the headquarters.
The team gathered to assemble a communal offering (ofrenda), reflecting our Thinking together spirit. This year, the offering also served to carry a message of social commitment, by commemorating the fight against breast cancer.
One Team, One Global Vision
The coincidence of such diverse festivities as Diwali and Day of the Dead on EKIN’s calendar demonstrates that EKIN’s strength resides not only in the precision of its machinery but in the cultural diversity that drives innovation.
We congratulate the teams in India and Mexico for keeping their traditions alive and for sharing them with our entire network. EKIN continues to advance, guided by the vision of its collaborators in every corner of the world.
