EKIN is expanding its activities all over the world, mainly thanks to our Customer Satisfaction Teams who attend to all customers, wherever they may be. In accordance with our commitment to exports, EKIN also has a network of sales agents in those markets we have identified as being vital to our future development.
In this sense, particularly worth mentioning (in addition to our current plants in Amorebieta and Lemoa in Europe) is the opening in 2011 of our new plant in Querétaro, Mexico, which now provides a service to our customers on the American continent. We have also started working in India, with a new plant in Gurgaon (Haryana), near Delhi.
The people who make up our sales network visit customers on a regular basis, keeping us abreast of how our machines and tools are performing and directly monitoring all the products we supply.
